Your forms
Every form you have written, in one list.
Open one to change the questions and publish again, copy its link, or read what came back. The list belongs to the account you signed in with.

Forms and their answers stay with the person who wrote them, so Formly asks for the email address you signed up with.
Signing in keeps your forms and their answers in your account. Nobody filling in a published form needs one.
